Svadhisthana Meaning: "Svadhisthana" comes from Sanskrit, with "Sva" meaning "self" and "Adhisthana" meaning "abode" or "residence." Thus, Svadhisthana translates to "one's own abode" or "dwelling place." It represents the seat of creativity, emotions, and personal pleasure, symbolizing the residence of one's feelings and desires.
